Luton Family Hubs offer services available to support your family.

All of the school’s uniform items can be purchased from our uniform supplier, Mapac. You can visit Mapac’s online uniform store using the link below.

* Although there is no need to stay off school, treatment may be required, and the school must be informed of this illness or condition.

If you are requesting term-time leave of absence for a holiday or notifying the school of a medical or dental appointment, please complete the relevant form below.

Supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children has never been so important.

To assist you with this, we have created this section of Family Hub, which contains useful resources to support families.

We are committed to supporting our community in various ways and are pleased to assist with signing forms and writing letters for non-educational purposes and personal matters.

To ensure that you receive the required information promptly and efficiently, we kindly request that you follow the procedures outlined in this communication.


Administration fees

Our fees for processing requests are outlined below:

  • Passport countersignature for pupils currently on roll: £18.14 (we do not offer this service for ex-pupils and can only provide countersignatures if we have known the person applying for at least 2 years (this is the adult making the application if the passport is for a child under 16))
  • Non-educational letters for personal gain: £6.32
  • Reports or supplementary documentation requested: £7.33 per report or document

 

Only one copy of reports or supplementary documentation will be provided. Additional copies can be requested at an extra charge.


Request submission

Please complete the form below to make your request. This will enable us to keep track of requests and ensure they are processed in a timely manner.

We will not accept requests made over the telephone, by email or in-person.

After submitting your request, our Business Support Team will send you a payment notification via Arbor.


Processing time

We will process your request no later than five working days after you have made payment.

Our Business Support Team will contact you with a collection date.

Many requests require input from our Head Teacher or Senior Leadership Team. We, therefore, need to coordinate requests with their schedules and wider commitments.


Collection arrangements

Before collecting your documents from our Business Support Team, please contact 01582 414 545 on the day of collection to confirm they are ready.
