At Someries Infant School and Early Childhood Education Centre, we take pride in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum for all pupils, creating lifelong memories within a nurturing and supportive environment.

Our Charity Fund provides additional opportunities that enrich and extend the education of every pupil. While the school’s designated budget enables us to deliver high-quality teaching and learning, donations to our Charity Fund allow us to go even further. They enable us to enhance our learning environment, provide additional resources, and offer enriching activities that add breadth and variety to pupils’ experiences.

Contributing to our Charity Fund is entirely voluntary. Any donation, whether large or small, is warmly appreciated and will be used thoughtfully to benefit all pupils. We fully respect that some families may prefer not to contribute, and this will not affect the school’s provision in any way.

For those who choose to support us, a one-off or regular donation provides a valuable opportunity to strengthen what we offer as a school. Every contribution plays a role in enriching the educational experiences of our pupils and broadening the opportunities available to them.

As a registered charity, we are able to increase the value of your donation by claiming Gift Aid relief. If you are eligible, please select this option when making your contribution.

Is this only for parents and carers?

Not at all. We welcome support from individuals, families, and businesses who share our commitment to enriching education and broadening opportunities for all pupils.

How can I make a payment?

Donations can be made via Wonderful. Whilst our school continues to thrive within its existing budget, your support enables us to provide those additional opportunities and experiences that make pupils’ time at school even more memorable and inspiring.

We have also created an Amazon Wish List to enable families to purchase items to support the range of activities we offer in school, if they are able to.
