Your child's speech, language and communication
We employ a qualified Speech and Language Therapist who works in our school to work with pupils who require additional support to meet their unique speech, language and communication needs
All pupils who attend Someries Infant School and Early Childhood Education Centre are able to receive support from our Speech and Language Therapist or Speech and Language Therapy Assistant Practitioner, but permission is required from parents and carers before an initial assessment can take place. If you feel that your child would benefit from receiving speech and language therapy at school, please make an appointment to meet with our Head of Inclusion – Mrs Nicholson – via our School Office.
