Our Mindfulness Programmes our delivered by Tangled Feet
Our ten-week mindfulness programme combines yoga, concentration activities and drama therapy to support children in overcoming anxiety.
Each week, a timetabled activity session led by workshop leaders from our programme partner – Tangled Feet – uses yoga, concentration and mindfulness exercises, drama therapy activities and drama games to help identified pupils overcome nerves, learn techniques to manage stress, and encourage them to explore their creativity by telling, sharing and performing stories in whatever technique or format works for the them.
